Each business legally requires its own notarized Form 1583, which you can either upload (free if you already have one) or fill out online for a $10 notary fee. What's the difference between a recipient and a business on my mailbox?

A recipient is a person (like your spouse, assistant, or agent) who may personally receive mail at your mailbox. The first 3 are free, $1/mo each after. A business is a registered company (LLC, Corp, DBA) that receives mail in its own name — $3.99/mo per additional business, plus its own notarized Form 1583.

Do you receive packages from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon?

Yes. Because our address is a real staffed commercial location and not a P.O. box, we accept mail and packages from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, and every other major carrier.

Do I need to complete USPS Form 1583?

Yes — USPS requires PS Form 1583 before any CMRA can legally receive mail on your behalf. You complete it right in the app after signing up, and our on-site notary can notarize it for you.
